The space
Lake View Manor is a large 4 bedroom, 2 bath lake view home on 2.5 private acres. It’s a perfect lakeside getaway for families, sleeping 16.

Bedroom 1 on the main floor has a fish 🐟 theme. It has a full bath directly outside, 2 large closets, and a queen bed. It also a large chest for storage, and great views of the lake.

The washer and dryer are on the main floor directly inside of the back entrance.

The dining room seats 8, but leaves are available to extend to 10-12. The kitchen features appliances such as a refrigerator, stovetop & oven, toaster, microwave, and Keurig. Pots and pans, utensils, and spices are available for the chef in the family!

The living area has two large leather sofas that pull-out to doubles, as well as a comfortable recliner, and a lux conversation set on the other side of the large room for additional seating.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the deer room 🦌 and boasts vaulted ceilings, a birds eye view of the lake, 3 large closets, a queen bed, and a TV with fire stick.

Bedroom 3 is the cow room 🐮 with another great lake view, 3 closets, and a queen bed. At the top of the stairs, a reading nook situated under a skylight can be found. Cuddle up on this comfortable glider and ottoman set and read your favorite book!

Downstairs is the bear cub cave 🐻! Outfitted with two twins, a day bed, and a bunk double/twin bed, there’s plenty of space for your cubs to play! In this space you’ll find some wildlife inspired toys, a bookshelf, and a kids table for crafts and games! Once game time is over, settle in with a nice movie on the provided TV with fire stick.

The wrap around porch hosts a bistro set facing the lake, for those early risers that love their coffee with a view. You can also find multiple benches for seating, and a full 6 person outdoor dining set-up, overlooking the garden.

If you have a boat, the marina is conveniently located less than a 10 minute drive away, with courtesy docks and overnight docking available for $20 (not offered on holiday weekends!) 🚤 🌊 ☀️

You’re sure to enjoy the lake views and lush foliage that lakeview manor has to offer, no matter where you’re at on the property!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, wrap-around porch, and yard. Enjoy dinner on the patio, and then a nice fire in the pit in our lush garden.

Neighborhood overview
This quiet lakefront neighborhood is full of wildlife and quiet homes. Enjoy the sound of birds singing and beautiful lake views.
Getting around
The lake can be accessed on Clearfork near the intersection at 250. It can also be accessed from the Marina, which is a ten minute drive. Waters Edge Restaurant is located at the marina, and is an excellent place to watch the sunset over dinner. The local convenience store, Lakeside, is just slightly further on the right side of 250. There are a few other lakes in the nearby area that can be reached in 15-20 minutes.
